Sorry challenge 4 was 3:30 didnt do 5 yet.
ReplyDeleteOk so I did this wod from home this morning (in 23˚F) and had to do some improvising...pullup bar is a good 50 ft from the jumps. Fun little ditty! My neighbors must think I'm nuts!
