If you are playing catch up

Welcome! So here's the way it works. A challenge is thrown out. You either choose to accept or decline the challenge. The challenges will be posted on Wednesday and Saturday of each week. You should do your best to complete the given challenge before the next one is announced. The challenge programers will rotate on a systematic basis. Most of the challenge workout time domains hover around 3 minutes. The challenge workouts are a fun way to work on your weaknesses, and to try for bragging rights for a few short days until the next workout, when you eat a big slice of humble pie. Mmmmm!

If you are catching up, the following challenges have been thrown out already:

Challenge 1, Programmer Kerry:
5 RFT (rounds for time)
1 Rope Climb
5 Burpees

Challenge 2, Programmer Meg:
2 Minute Max Rep Double Unders (DU)

Challenge 3, Programmer Colleen:
3 RFT
25 ft Handstand Walk/ High Wheel Barrel
10 Jumping Lunges
10 Squat Thrusts

Challenge 4, Programmer Kerry:
3 RFT
5 C2B Pullups (Chest to bar)
10 24" Box Jumps
20 DU (Double Unders)

You can choose to do these WODs before the end of the month, but following this post the WODs should be done in accordance with the rules. After you have done the workouts, post your times to the comments. Let's do work ladies!

I feel like I should use the alias "Shelly" on here since it's the "Lady" Throwdown. Let's face it, I'm still going to get beat!
